We will use the stick to install Windows 10 on your machine later on. Now it's a good time to plug in your USB stick. After that, you will need to select your Windows 10 ISO file to Boot Camp in order to create a Windows 10 installer disk into your USB stick.
In case the support software doesn't download, you may download your copy manually here. After that, make sure the Create a Windows 7 or later version install disk and Download the latest Windows support software from Apple are checked.

If you own a MacBook Pro for example, type "macbook pro model identifier".
